Poppies Run 2019!
The Poppies Run was a success! The run is organized yearly by runners organization 'Zolo' with Poppies as the main sponsor!
Great weather, numerous runners and a good atmosphere made this a truly memorable edition!
There were around 1400 participants and 175 volunteers and the cherry on top was a cheque of 2100 euros that was gifted to the charity 'Welzijnsschakel 't Zunnetje'. An organization that provides support to families and individuals who suffer from poverty and exclusion
Thanks to all pupils of school ‘De Pinker’ in Poperinge who filled the 1350 goodies bags! A big thanks to the sponsors as well for providing the goodies: Autoglass Clinic, Bellewaerde, Deprez, Forum, Konvert, Libeert, Materne, Mc Bride, Metagenics, Mulder Natural Foods, Olympia, Pepsico, Poco Loco, Soubry, Sportline, The Corner, Vandeputte & Zoutman!
